      for offenders, as ragging is strictly banned.
 
      Key Components & Actions:
 
      Mandatory Cells: Every government college has an ARC/ARU with faculty members, often chaired by the Principal, to address complaints.
      Vigilance Squads: Anti-Ragging Squads conduct continuous checks on campus and hostels.
      Awareness: Colleges inform students and parents about anti-ragging rules during admission.
      Online Undertaking: Students must sign an online affidavit on the www.antiragging.in website. 
 
      How to Report Ragging:
 
     National Helpline: Call 1800-180-5522 (24x7) or email helpline@antiragging.in.
     Monitoring Agency: Contact Centre for Youth (C4Y) at antiragging@c4yindia.org or 011-41619005 / 9818044577.
 
     College Level: Submit a written complaint to the college's Anti-Ragging Unit/Committee (ARC/ARU) members or a trusted teacher.

  •     Withholding scholarships/results.
